Billy drops hints about what to expect on upcoming reissue releases.
When Billy spoke directly to Crestfallen.com about the Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness and The Aeroplane Flies High box set in April he mentioned the releases would be available by the end of this year. So with the news that from just only last week that the reissue of Pisces Iscariot would be set for 17th of July in the US and 25th of July in Japan, few days back Billy updated on his Twitter they’ve began work on the reissue editions of Mellon Collie and Infinite Sadness and The Aeroplane Flies High boxset collection.

— Billy Corgan (@Billy) June 3, 2012Billy has dropped hints on his Twitter account before about what we can expect to hear as b-sides on the Mellon Collie … release, including full length versions of ‘Knuckles’ and ‘Zoom’ previously only heard as samples in the ‘Pastichio Medley’ from the Zero EP. The other day Billy confirmed that full song versions of tracks from the ‘Pastichio Medley’ appear on the Mellon Collie … reissue, so hopefully we’ll expect to see Knuckles and Zoom there along with many more tracks.
We are going to be some spoilt fans!
